Consulting
ProperStagg Consulting will help municipalities, businesses, and developers design and implement circular waste and carbon management systems. The firm’s forthcoming consulting services will focus on providing practical, data-driven strategies to improve efficiency, reduce emissions, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
As these services roll out, ProperStagg plans to assist clients with waste diversion and feedstock assessments, biochar system design and feasibility studies, carbon credit and verification support, guidance on financing tools such as C-PACE and MassSave, and the development of municipal partnerships and sustainability programs.
Education
Through ProperStagg Academy, we will offer educational programs designed to build community understanding and workforce skills in sustainability, waste management, and renewable energy. The Academy’s mission is to inspire a new generation of environmental leaders through accessible, hands-on learning opportunities.
Planned offerings will include sustainability workshops for schools and municipalities, corporate training in ESG and circular economy practices, technical courses on biochar, carbon accounting, and recycling, as well as facility tours, on-site demonstrations, and online certification programs.
Partnerships & Funding opportunities
ProperStagg will collaborate with public agencies, private developers, and educational institutions to deliver innovative sustainability projects. The company plans to help partners identify and secure grants and incentives from programs such as MassCEC, DOER, and the EPA Environmental Education Fund, ensuring that each initiative is both financially and environmentally sustainable.
Demonstration facilities
ProperStagg’s operational sites will serve as a living laboratory for carbon circularity. The facility is envisioned as a space for tours, hands-on workshops, and pilot programs that demonstrate biochar production, plastic upcycling, and waste-to-value technologies in action. It will also function as a demonstration hub for public works departments, research institutions, and sustainability organizations seeking to explore real-world applications of circular economy solutions.
