What is pyrolysis?
Pyrolysis is a thermal decomposition process that occurs at high temperatures in the absence of oxygen which breaks down organic materials (wood) into gases, liquids, and solids.
Our self-contained pyrolysis thermal combustion system is perfect for biochar production. The plant will produce 1.1023 tons of biochar per day, removing over 2.7556 tons of CO2 from the atmosphere daily. Based on 340 days (8000 hours) annual operation, 937 tons of CO2 will be removed from the atmosphere every year, generating 937 C-Sink Carbon Credits.

Benefits of biochar

Our Pyrolysis water system is a closed loop therefore capturing process water in a tank and recirculating it eliminating any risk of water pollution. Traditional waste disposal methods can lead to leaching of harmful substances into water bodies, whereas pyrolysis safely contains and processes these materials.
